Throughout the day, participants rotated through stations designed to support whole-student wellness, confidence, and positive performance habits. Students explored mindful snacking, learning how simple nutrition choices can fuel both schoolwork and sports. They also practiced goal setting, focusing specifically on healthy sleep behaviors and how rest impacts their bodies, minds, and athletic performance.

Movement was a central part of the experience—from energizing warm-ups to a variety of sports activities, walking segments, and fitness competitions that encouraged teamwork, motivation, and fun. The Healthy Athletes: Health Promotion station gave participants hands-on opportunities to understand personal health in an engaging, accessible way.

The atmosphere was upbeat and supportive from start to finish. Schools cheered each other on, Unified partners worked side-by-side, and staff helped create a welcoming environment where every participant had a chance to shine. The day not only strengthened skills and healthy habits but also built community connections, confidence, and joy.

Overall, The School Series was a meaningful, movement-filled celebration of learning, inclusion, and wellness—and an energizing success for all involved.
