Special Olympics Missouri is proud to announce the 20th Annual Dare to Dream Charity Golf Tournament with all the proceeds going to the KC Metro's "KC Sports Experience" hosted by the SOMO and KCPD PAL programs.
Over the past 20 years, the Dare to Dream tournament has raised more than $400,000 to support SOMO athletes.
Last year, the KC Metro program hosted its inaugural 2-day camp the KC Sports Experience where KC athletes learned new skills and sports while interacting with the KC community. The Dare to Dream golf tournament will again raise funds to provide an opportunity for our athletes to attend the KC Sports Experience at no cost to them!
This event is not only a great opportunity to have fun and support the KC Sports Experience and athletes, but it's also a great chance to get acquainted with some of the athletes who make Special Olympics Missouri such a unique and outstanding organization.
By participating in the Dare to Dream Charity Golf Tournament, you aren’t simply ensuring that athletes can learn new sports and hone their skills at the KC Sports Experience, you are providing them with priceless life skills, independence and a sense of accomplishment.
