Events

We have made a difficult decision to move the Rolla Polar Plunge to a VIRTUAL event for 2021. Unfortunately with the restrictions in place and the fact that so many schools cannot participate in person, the Rolla PD and MSHP Troop I feel that this is the safest way to handle the event this year. While we hate not to hold an in person event, we feel that the safety of our participants is definitely the most important thing. However, as you know, fundraising events like the Polar Plunge are important for Special Olympics MO – as they allow us to continue providing sports training and competition for our athletes. We are truly sorry that we cannot be together to Plunge in person this year, but we hope that you will consider registering, fundraising, and making this virtual event as fun as possible for your group!
