For school based Unified Sports teams.

- Bring sack lunches.
- Please review the SOMO flag football rules, training videos, and practice with your Unified team prior to attending the competitions.

- For competitions hosted by Special Olympics Missouri your team needs at least one certified coach.
- All athletes and Unified partners must be registered.
- Rosters can contain up to 12 players. During the competition your line-up shall not exceed 3 athletes and 2 Unified partners.
