We are excited to be working with Special Olympics KS to field the Sporting KC Unified Soccer Team this season! We invite athletes and unified partners ages 16-25 years old to come tryout for the team! Once on the final team, there will be an official team signing day, weekly practices May-September, and two soccer games against Real Salt Lake’s Unified Team. The first game in June will be played here in KC and then the in September the team will be flying out to Salt Lake to play there. While participating in tryouts does not guarantee a spot on the final roster, those who are, must be able to play a full field, 11v11 soccer game, and must be able to travel independently of caretakers and family.
