Take a midweek break and join us for Mindful Midweek, a relaxed, come-and-go program designed to get your mind and body moving in new ways each week! Every Wednesday offers a different type of activity, so there’s always something new to enjoy.

Weekly Schedule:

  • 1st Wednesday: Game Night

  • 2nd Wednesday: Craft Night

  • 3rd Wednesday: Community Impact Night

  • 4th Wednesday: Get Moving Night

  • 5th Wednesday (when applicable): Surprise! One of the four activities will be chosen at random.

Whether you stay for the full session or just drop in for a bit, Mindful Midweek is all about connection, creativity, and movement—your way.
