Healthy Hustle – Springfield
June 12 – July 19th 2024
9:30-10:30am – Walking Wednesdays
- Bring water & your favorite pair of walking shoes!
3:30-4:30pm – Friday Flow (Yoga Class)
- Wear comfy clothes & bring a towel or Yoga Mat.
