Information
What: FIT 5 is based on three simple goals: exercising 5 days a week, eating 5 total fruits and vegetables per day, and drinking 5 bottles of water per day.
Where: Blue Bicycle Fitness, in the Yoga Room, straight back from the front door down the hallway.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 2PM to 3PM, March 4th-April 17th
