This “unbearable” event is a unique opportunity to show your bravery as you support local Special Olympics Missouri athletes by walking, running or crawling into the frigid winter waters. In 2022, the Columbia Plunge had 180 plungers and raised more than $78,300!
This one-of-a-kind event promises a fun atmosphere complete with music, fun costumes and lasting memories for everyone! Registration will open at 10am on March 11th, 2023, and all plunging will begin at 12pm. We will also be hosting a Pre-Registration on March 10th, 2023 at 4pm-6pm at Bass Pro Shops in Columbia, MO.
