The Tom and Fran Smith Family invite you to join them for this tournament, held in remembrance of Tom & Fran’s son, Police Officer Tom Smith, Jr.  Following in his father’s footsteps, Tom Jr. was a young and dedicated St. Louis County Police Officer as well as a dedicated and aspiring referee. On December 5, 1997, in the line of duty, his final end of watch (EOW) was called upon. Since 1998, his family and friends have hosted annual events to support local charities in Tommy’s memory such as Special Olympics Missouri and Backstoppers.
