Volunteer Highlight
Curt Yaeger
I've known Curt for a long time and when it comes to finding volunteers, leaders, and mentors, he is the type of person every organization is looking for. Curt has been participating in the Polar Plunge from the beginning. 2025 will be his 30th Polar Plunge and when the Super Plunge started, he's done that too. He's been at every single one. On top of that, he volunteers as a volleyball coach, and referee, and most recently, joined the SOMO Board of Directors. Curt is a SOMO Swiss Army Knife!

Athlete Highlight
Kelly Rebori
Kelly is a true rockstar! There was a speaking engagement in Kansas City for the Alpha Sigma Alpha Kansas City Alumnae group in which the coach and athlete assigned to go could not attend due to illness. Kelly and her mom Bridget stepped in last minute and Kelly rocked it! The sisters of the alumnae group loved hearing Kelly's story and talking with her. Kelly was a wonderful representation for her fellow athletes and the SOMO program.
