Jimmie's Miles for Medals Dice Run is a motorcycle ride benefiting Special Olympics Missouri - KC Metro Area. It is a joint event between local law enforcement and Special Olympics through the Law Enforcement Torch Run® program, which raises awareness and funds for local athletes with intellectual disabilities. Participate in the fun and help celebrate the 26 years Law Enforcement has been supporting Special Olympics.
Jimmie’s Miles for Medals Dice Run will tour Kansas City on Saturday, August 20! The run will begin at Gail’s Harley-Davidson in Grandview, with stops throughout the Kansas City Metro area such as Wabash BBQ in Excelsior Springs and The Brass Rail in KC North. The ride will end at the Hilton Garden Inn in Independence with a party and prizes. The run will be escorted by local law enforcement. At each stop, riders will roll dice and record the number they roll. Lunch and other food will be provided.

- Highest total from rolls throughout the day
- Lowest total from rolls throughout the day
- Highest Fundraiser
- Other door prizes will be given
Special Olympics KC Metro serves 2,186 people with intellectual disabilities in the five counties in the metro area. Improvements in physical fitness and motor skills, greater self confidence and self-image are just a few skills Special Olympics athletes develop through participation in the program. Your participation in Miles for Medals Dice Run helps continue to provide year-round sports training and athletic competitions for our athletes.
